RD HAUS FABRIK is a manufacturer of prefabricated elements (elements) of walls, ceilings and roofs used in the construction of frame buildings. We use ecological and natural STEICO insulation materials, thanks to which the buildings are energy-efficient, and with the use of appropriate insulation, they become completely passive.

Ready-made elements arrive at the construction site, thanks to which the time of construction of the open shell can be reduced by 90%. Prefabricated elements are delivered with insulation and prepared for direct installation of external and internal sheathing.

Prefabricated walls can be covered with wooden formwork, standing seam roofing tiles, composite materials and plaster can be applied without the need for an additional layer of polystyrene. From the inside, they are prepared for direct installation of plasterboard, plywood or wooden formwork.

The prefabricated roofs are prepared for the installation of standing seam metal roofing tiles, modular metal roofing tiles or ceramic tiles. From the inside, they are prepared for direct installation of plasterboard, plywood or wooden formwork.

The prefabricated elements of the ceiling are finished with a wood-based MFP board, on which the underlay and finishing layer can be laid directly. From the bottom, they are prepared for direct installation of plasterboard, plywood or wooden formwork.

Each project can be adapted to the technology of frame construction using prefabricated elements manufactured by RD HAUS.
